Nice hotel, not so nice neighborhood.

The hotel is fine: good bed, good shower, good service. But the location... It's just above Omonia Square, a notoriously bad neighborhood in Athens. It was my first visit in like 7 years, and the opioid crisis hit the area hard. Saw a lot of users using, and zombie like people lining the street. Shame, because I do like the area.

The hotel was clean and beautiful, reciption staff both lady and gentleman was amazing and helpful. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was so yummy and tasty, view from top roof was splendid, been heard from some youtuber comments that hotel area is rough and bad but we didn't see any wrong doing, surrounding area got lovely restaurants and small shops. Love to stay again in this hotel. Loads of love and regards

The hotel is lovely and the breakfasts were great! Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast is served in a top floor with rooftop access. Hotel was convienent to the metro BUT if there weren't men in my group, I wouldn't have walked it at night.

The hotel is about 400m from the Metaxourgeio Metro Station the third stop from Syntagma Square station. If you are walking to the hotel, the roads are cobbled so ensure your suitcase wheels are strong if not using a taxi to get to the hotel. There are a lot of hotels in this part of Athens, but it's not such a nice area to walk alone at night. Try not to go out too late if walking back from the metro and always keep your valuables safe on your person. The hotel room was standard size with aircon, tv, mini fridge and hairdryer. Bathroom had a walk in shower. Unfortunately they gave us twin beds for a couple. It is on a busy road which becomes noisy early morning. The restaurant has a very good breakfast included with a selection of hot and cold items, hot drinks, juices and pastries. The hotel also has a nice bar downstairs. The receptionists were helpful with directions to get around Athens. A well priced option for a short stay.

My trip to renew my residence card took a long time and there was no room in my hotel. I had to change the hotel. It was a clean hotel with very polite and helpful staff. The breakfast was buffet, it was good and acceptable. The room was well ventilated. It had a refrigerator, TV and safety box. It had a small cafe which was good, the location of the hotel was very good. Overall, considering the price, it was very good.
